We appreciate parents who are willing to coordinate multiple families at their home for swim lessons. For that reason, we allow families in large groups to book with us directly (instead of using our online system). To qualify as a large group, you must have a minimum of three hours worth of lessons for a minimum of 10 weeks. Each student must be taking a private 30 minute or 60 minute lesson.

How Large Group Swim Lessons Work
1. Email booking@regallessons.com with the address of the pool, when you would like the group lessons (e.g. Monday or Wednesday afternoons), and your preferred start date (e.g. week of June 26).
2. We will let you know which instructors are available and their prices.
3. You will confirm the date and approximate start time.
4. We will share a Google sheet with you to organize the schedule and payment information for each student. You can fill it out for everyone, or you can share the sheet with the emails of other families, so they can input their own information.
5. Once the schedule is made, we will begin to collect payment for the lessons. We will require families to pay for their entire series of lessons through Venmo or PayPal one week before the start date of the lessons.

6. Your swim coach will arrive at the pool for your chosen date/time, and you are ready to start swimming with Regal Swim!

I found Regal swim through a mom blog and it’s been such a great experience all around. I’ve hosted swim lessons at our home for the past 3 years and invite our kid’s friends to join in. It’s been a challenge to find quality teachers and companies who can keep up with the administration side of having multiple families. Marci the owner is very organized and responsive, Eileen the coordinator is also great. Coach Stef is the best swim instructor we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot!) Cancellation Policy for Swim Lessons
To respect instructor’s time and be fair to clients, we have created a cancellation policy that we strictly enforce. Regal Swim requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule swim lessons. While we will not refund or reschedule any lessons cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, we are happy to let you substitute or extend the lessons of other students if one student cannot make it.
- To receive a refund or reschedule, you must email our office (Booking@RegalLessons.com) and your instructor. If your student is in the middle of the group, we also need you to tell us how the group will be restructured that day, so the instructor does not have to sit by the pool waiting for the next student.
