Regal Swim Owl Swim Cap Cancellation Policy

To respect instructor’s time and be fair to clients, we have created a cancellation policy that we strictly enforce. All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online. Click here for a video to show you how.

24-Hour Notice

Regal Swim requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or decrease the amount of time scheduled for lessons and pool parties.  We will charge the full amount for the originally scheduled lessons or party at the rate for a single student if families cancel or decrease lessons or parties with less than a 24 hours notice.

Substitutions

Families do not need to give advance notice to substitute one student for another.  This includes extending the lessons of other students to make up for the absent student’s lost lesson time.  Advance notice is also not needed to change a semi-private lesson to a private lesson or change a private pool party to private swim lessons.

Chronic Cancellations

Regal Swim will require families who “chronically” cancel lessons (more than 1 in 4 times) to provide at least 72 hours notice in order to receive a refund.

Weather Conditions

It is up to you to cancel swim lessons at least 24-hours in advance if you are not happy with the weather conditions. Your swim instructor will check the sky an hour before the lesson and contact you to cancel the lesson only if there is lightening. Otherwise, the lesson will happen as scheduled.

Refunds

Any refunds will be deposited back into your credit card or PayPal account within 2 weeks of when the refund was initiated.
